Paul Adamic

Co-Founder & Vice President

Paul's journey began at the University of Guelph, where he not only excelled academically but also showcased his athletic prowess by playing four impactful years of football for the Guelph Gryphons. Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree, Paul further solidified his commitment to excellence by obtaining professional certifications from the Ontario Water Wastewater Certification Office (OWWCO). These certifications span Wastewater Treatment, Wastewater Collection, Water Distribution & Supply, and Water Treatment, complemented by his Class 1 - Water Distribution and Supply license granted by the Government of Ontario.

From his early years, Paul was immersed in the intricate world of custom carpentry, working alongside his father in their family business. His formative experiences included diverse tasks such as installing finely crafted oak doors and milling raw timbers for bespoke cabinets. Under his father's guidance, Paul honed his carpentry skills, mastering the art through hands-on involvement. Post-university, Paul seamlessly transitioned into various roles within municipal government, maintaining and managing critical infrastructure in water distribution and wastewater treatment. This shift marked a pivotal moment in Paul's career, adding a layer of expertise to his already well-established carpentry skills.

In a testament to his unwavering passion, Paul dedicated evenings and weekends to return to his roots in carpentry. Joining forces with Mike, he contributed to the establishment and growth of a well-rounded landscape and site services company. This unique combination of academic achievements, professional certifications, hands-on carpentry experience, and municipal governance roles positions Paul as a versatile professional with a comprehensive understanding of both the artisanal and industrial dimensions of construction.

5. Detailed Site Analysis & Agreement

A second visit for detailed site analysis aids in finalizing project plans. During this phase, we focus on receiving retainer/deposits which are essential for covering pre-construction costs. This retainer is collected at this stage to ensure financial commitment and to facilitate the smooth progression of the project.
